NPV is the developer of Fuglekvarteret. From the beginning of this project, we work together with skilfull and proficient consultants in the development and construction, in order to create a new and responsible residential neighborhood in Hvidovre.
Generous development is the co-developer of Fuglekvarteret in connection with local planning work, and is a property development company that wants to work with mutual respect and generosity throughout the process. We believe that we can create added value at every level with heart and a visionary approach.
OGA was founded to provide consultancy services that create value for our clients. The basis for value creation is understanding the client’s business model, needs, desires and dreams. We are co-developer of Fuglekvarteret in connection with local planning work.
In the Fuglekvarteret project, Holscher Nordberg, in collaboration with Tegnestuen LOKAL, has prepared the basis for the future district plan, where the goal is a modern, green, urban and vibrant city in close contact with the surrounding development and nature.
In the Fuglekvarteret project, Tegnestuen LOKAL, in collaboration with Holscher Nordberg Architecture & Planning, has been responsible for the project management of the architectural part of the project, where the ambition from the start has been to create a green, urban and modern residential area in contact with both city and nature.
Sweco is a consultancy firm with architects and engineers working across disciplines. In connection with the Fuglekvarteret project, site preparation and work on the district plan, Sweco assists with traffic analysis, water management (Cloudburst/LAR), Terrain adjustment, DGNB Urban Space and utility coordination.
